Three words that sum up Scott Arms Dental Practice - friendly, efficient and professional. I’ve been treated by Dr Richard Ostins for about 5 years now and cannot recommend him enough. Such a great dentist. The whole Scott Arms team is delightful.

I was informed my mother could be x-rayed and examined in her wheelchair on the ground floor. Not the case! Taxis back and forth from Bournville, very expensive! Misinformed

I was very disappointed with the service. I booked a longer appointment to get a check up and scale and polish. The scale and polish was probably the quickest/worst I've ever recieved and it didn't last very long. I wasn't very happy with that service, especially when it was the receptionist that suggested the dentist could do it as its very difficult to get an appointment with a hygienist.

After having shined away from dentists for many years due to bad experiences..I have found my particular dentist there kind understanding and have actually kept up with me appointments which I never thought would happen..personally would recommend these 100%
