Excellent experience at Scott Arms Dental Practice & Dental Implant Centre! 🦷 A huge thank you to Nikita (dentist) 👩‍⚕️ and Ellen (nurse) 👩‍⚕️ for the panoramic X-ray and for extracting both teeth – one was really difficult, but they handled it professionally and painlessly. Special thanks to Aisha at reception 👩‍💼 for the fantastic service: she explained everything clearly and helped me with all the information for my future appointment regarding dental implants. The whole team is caring, professional and attentive – highly recommend! ✨

Love that they were able to give me an emergency appointment even though I am not a patient at their dentist. The dentist was very helpful, warm and made me feel comfortable. However, the reception staff and dental nurse were not. I was stood there for a little while before I got seen too, they were speaking amongst themselves and ignored me. The dental nurse wasn't very friendly or helpful. She left me to find my own way back to reception. I had to ask her to help me find my way back as I got lost. When I asked her, she looked annoyed and made a face.
