Dentist could have explained the reasoning behind the treatment option so I could be a more informative decision. Also ignored the other issue I raised with him (fallen out filling). Felt like he was only interested in making money not resolving my issues. I have had exceptional experiences at this surgery, so will have to put it down to lack of experience on the dentist behalf

I saw Dr Vicki McKenzie to get a crown a filling and a deep clean under sedation as I'm very nervous. Vicki was really kind and gentle with me and helped me through a very nervous time. Anyone who suffers with anxiety I would recommend this practice and Vicki. Thank you very much really lovely people.
