The dentist I saw was excellent. I have been in pain off and on for over a year now. She was very supportive and caring. She gave me very good advice and I will be going back for further treatment and hopefully no more pain. Thank you so much

Misdiagnosis. Due to severe symptoms and pain, I visited another dental practice following a referral from NHS 111, who immediately diagnosed an infection — which is what I suspected.

I was told it would be an hour wait and for a very anxious patient that’s not what you want to hear! But I was taken in on time, the dentist and dental nurse were very lovely and understanding with my anxiety. My tooth had to come out so had to have an injection and then another one as I wasn’t fully numb. Tooth extraction was quick and pain free. The only thing that was a bit confusing to me was I had to have a tooth out before by your dentist and that cost me £75.00 this tooth cost me £185.00. Which is a very big jump.

I came in as an emergency on 25th December as my maryland bridge fell out. I paid 60 pounds to have it recemented and it fell out as soon as i got in the car I went back in and its been redone but once again its fallen out I called the dentist back who were no help whatsoever and said they wouldnt be able to recitfy the fact that it wasn't cemented in properly

My mom's front tooth crown came out on 23rd December at 8.30pm. We were recommended Scott Arm Dental Practice and called them. Mom was seen on 24th December and I cannot recommended this dental practice enough. They were very caring and obliging and they service was first class. Also, the ladies in the reception were lovely and helpful.
