It was a very nice experience. It’s unfortunate I did not get the dentist’s name. He did his job very well, encouraging me , very respectful. The extraction was not as painful as I thought being two teeth removed. Thank so much dentist I am really grateful

Excellent service

Imran and Adella did a fab job late last night in an out of hour’s appointment for me, re fitting my cap!

The surgeon was welcoming and knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly.

Took an emergency appt due to severe gum swelling , causing loosening of teeth and being in severe pain but no prescription or advice given to get me out of pain after being seen other than basic care advice, (gums inflammed, brush teeth twice a day, book in for full mouth check after a week, and recommend to have scaling and polishing done every 3 months). Having requested for scaling and polishing in dental room which I appreciate having this done same time but however , scaling was rushed in a fast speed to the point it could be either Practitioner felt tired of seeing patients or may be wanted to go home early or may be it’s an age factor of being young or having being newly qualified I don’t know but scaling was not performed correctly with the way it was super rushed and causing more pain and discomfort (on top of pain I was already suffering with and enduring) quickly whizzing through the gums, teeth, gum lines, edges, so quickly like there is no tomorrow and as tartar/stain remain on my teeth especially for the amount paid in total I felt I did not get my moneys worth. I was in discomfort psychologically, mentally and physically to the point I was shaking, my legs and feet were shaking and I had to raise both my hands and when told it’s nearly done I’m doing well, I held tight and gripped hold of onto chair arms. I do not remember if my teeth were polished as I felt no sense of polish other than super rushed scaling. X-ray image were not shown to me when discussing to me what can be seen in Xray and it’s only when I turned around to see Xray image it was kind of guided through to me because I turned around and looked at the image after treatment was complete . I would have thought I get a full OPG for what’s it worth in reference to the total amount paid and due to the severe pain I was experiencing around whole mouth including upper and lower jaw bones but it was an image of just the lower middle area of those few teeth captured on image. Left Dental Practice with no changes and came home to continue suffer more with pain and see tartar/stain, gums swelling continue to remain and to suffer with and it was not nice especially for what I paid , and especially for the service/treatment I had expected to see for what it’s worth. I had called Practice and requested a copy of my dental image and it was kindly sent to me immediately and I appreciated it. My belief is that a qualified practitioner regardless of their age and no matter what area or field of profession they may be from, should be competent and confident to be able to carry out safe practice and safe examinations/procedures to patients and service users in a very safe and effective way and in a timely manner . Thank you.
