I was booked in for an appointment and when I arrived I was told the dentist I was booked in with the wrong dentist as he was not able to provide me with the treatment I required . And rebooked for another day and just sent home , there was no empathy shown when I explained I’d taken time off work to be there. I was just told the receptionist made a mistake and it would be fed back to her manager. Really bad experience if I could zero stars I would
