We have treated thousands of patients since 1990 and placed thousands of implants in that time, more than almost any other dental practice in the West Midlands. The dr and assistant were very reassuring and patient with me as someone who does not enjoy attending the dentist. They were clear with every step they carried out during my appointment and with follow up care and treatment options. Really nice experience

I’m absolutely petrified of the dentists but the dentist I seen really put me at ease and helped me settle my nerves and understood I was in a lot a pain. After this i genuinely don’t know what I was so scared of as he removed my tooth very fast and painless. Thank you

Hello thank you, for assisting me the my treatment. I have used your emergence service twice, and received excellent care by your dentists, however on this occasion the dental assistant/ support worker found it funny when I Expressed how much pain I in, during a extraction procedure, and whilst I may of shown a funny demeanour at the time, I felt that she did nothing to keep me calm or help in any way, until the dentist asked her to hold my head in place. Soft words of reassurance or offering me her hand would have helped in a big way. Outstanding care given by the dentist Thank you. !

Phillipa always has a welcoming smile and very quickly puts you at ease before commencing any treatment (well, for me as at ease as I can possibly be whilst in the dentist 😬lol) Talking you through each step is also very reassuring. Thank you for all you do Phillippa 🙏🏻

Warm and welcoming environment. Thorough, and detailed treatment by the hygienist. Excellent pre planned dental procedure. I have total confidence in Richard Ostins and this practice. I experienced variable historical dental treatment Since Richard has been my dentist ( 14 years) I have no nervousness and trust him to take care of me, explaining procedures as we go. A visit to Scott Aŕms Dental Practice is a pleasure!
