First class never been before and i am terrified of dentists but cannot fault the service from reception to dental assistant to had to have a tooth removed but was in and out in 20 minutes…… fantanstic

I was panicking after breaking a molar just before Christmas. I was able to book an urgent appointment online and there were plenty of slots, despite it being Christmas Eve. The dentist was friendly and reassuring, and did a great job fixing my tooth. Very reasonably priced too. My husband previously had a tooth extracted after the local dentist had repeated failed to help, despite him being in agony. Always very happy with the service received.

My wisdom tooth is hurting after the appointment and felt like dentist was hacking at my gums she apologised but my mouth is in pain after the appointment

The first visit I made , the dentist actually informed he was leaving so couldn’t really treat me - waste of money. The second dentist was incompetent in my opinion - Adam , who proceeded to use my teeth like a punch bag and then had the audacity to ask if I was okay! Waste of money. He then referred me to Suki , who told me he was unable to treat me even though I told Adam I required root canal surgery but instead I was referred to Shazads…do you make money on commission by sending patients to Shazads? I ask myself …utter waste of time and money. I won be attending Scott Arms again or recommend them.
