Cannot fault the dentist,however receptionist are as always unprofessional just joking with eachother giggling round whilst trying to get me booked in,not listening to patients as they’re too busy talking to themselves joking around. Not the experience you’d expect at a private surgery. Big let down especially as it’s the first experience as soon as you walk though the door. Improvements needed there for sure.

Thank you to the whole team at scott arms dental practice. Each and every member of the team I met made me feel welcome and relaxed. My extraction was pain and stress free. Important, as not only do I have a phobia of dental care but in extreme pain prior to my appointment. Reception were clear and precise with booking me in and were more than willing to organise a taxi for my departure. Overall a professional and caring experience. I will use no other dentist in future and would whole heartedly endorse their services to everyone. Thanks again. Marc Barry.
