So caring , always reassuring

My treatment was first class, I have been waiting for a nhs wisdom tooth extraction for over 7 months and was told it had to be done in hospital. I was in constant pain and was told that maybe it could be done here. From initial contract to completion was a matter of weeks. Dr Kalli did my extraction in a very professional manner and his experience cleared showed. I was concerned beforehand because of how complicated the procedure had been explained but Dr Kalli made it simple and inspired confidence. My only regret is that I hadn’t found him 7 months ago. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone. I can only give 5 stars but it was much more than that to me.

As always a pleasant and efficient visit from the time I checked in at the front desk to my check up and booking my next visit.

Appointment time adhered to. Friendly and courteous staff at reception and dental nurse. Dentist knew my case and individual needs. A positive experience for someone with fear of dentists.

I was seen immediately, I apologise I can’t even remember the dentists name but she was lovely. She confirmed my issue straight away and gave me what I needed, she was polite and friendly.

Never had a bad experience while I have been using this practice.My dentist Dr Richard Ostins is the absolute best,everything is clearly explained in great detail and the care and attention to detail is second to none.The ladies on the front desk are always helpful and friendly.Great place can’t recommend highly enough.
