Service department manager Chris is top notch. He is customer oriented, knowledgeable and courteous. The car was taken care of while I was waiting for a warranty issue. The waiting area is pleasant and airy.

David wasn’t sure where my car was parked and I had to walk the lot to find it. I feel they should have driven it up for me to leave. Just my opinion.I had to wait a bit before David came to the counter. No one else working in the area greeted me or offered assistance. When David completed checkout he handed me my keys and said I’m not sure where your car is parked just look in that area over there. Not the best close to a customer experience.Service writer David was prompt in greeting me when I arrived to drop my car off. Dealership provided me a loaner car while they had my vehicle. Great communication with updates.
