I was not told about the subscription when I bought the car. Also I came in for a regular oil change and I had an appointment time in the morning at 10 AM. It took me two hours of waiting. But after an hour and a half and talking to other customers that had an appointment behind me or getting ready to leave for the same thing which was their free oil change I went to address this with the guy at the service desk and he was very rude. Tried to cut me off. Didn’t want me to speak. Tried to lie to me and tell me it was by car not appointment time which I’ve never heard of my entire life. I’ve just never been treated this way in any car service. And I noticed that the dealership has all new people their coffee machine sucks now and they barely have any cars that’s Mitsubishi. So this dealership has gone downhill quite a bit since I bought my car and the people are pretty rude and it’s uncalled for and it’s very disappointing. I put this on Google to have someone respond to give them my info to call me which I did and no one called and wouldn’t you already have my info to reach out. David wasn’t sure where my car was parked and I had to walk the lot to find it. I feel they should have driven it up for me to leave. Just my opinion.I had to wait a bit before David came to the counter. No one else working in the area greeted me or offered assistance. When David completed checkout he handed me my keys and said I’m not sure where your car is parked just look in that area over there. Not the best close to a customer experience.Service writer David was prompt in greeting me when I arrived to drop my car off. Dealership provided me a loaner car while they had my vehicle. Great communication with updates.
