Concerns mentioned already in surveyMechanic had extra charges and it took a long time for him to get on and resolve. Receipt still isn’t correct. I hope I didn’t pay to much but took service advisor at his word.Service department is good. No dealership is perfect, or at least none I’ve been to.

My suv had huge black spots with big scratches on rear drivers side. Nico had it taken back to detail and they buffed it out which made me wait a good amount of time longer but I’m glad it was done. And then detail did not put amy floor mats back in. So I had to make anther trip out the following day to pick them up.This dealer was not pushy. There was no hassle going back and forth with financing and pricing. The team and Nico were very responsive to my calls and Manny in finance was also great to work with. It was surprisingly pleasant with none of the slimy sales tactics which made me hate car shopping.

At other stores, soft drinks were free too.They are very accommodating to families with children, making it extremely easy to visit.The reservation system on the website was not integrated, so we had to rebook after arriving at the store.When migrating systems, please ensure system integration checks are performed.Although the waiting area is smaller compared to other stores, the employees' friendly and sincere service is commendable.
