Topnotch customer service Calvin delivered my Outlander to my door.

I came in for service and my vehicle was out of warranty and Calvin got me a lower payment then what I was paying.I was in a bind but now I can get ahead because I have a new car with 100k warranty.Thsnk you.

Calvin was great he took the time to explain the details of the vehicle.

Always greeted with a smile and by name. The service rep is always looking for what my car may need next and we discuss expectations. I love that he also lets me know which coupons I can use for this service.

Takes too long and was not run through a car washGetting a time with short wait is impossible. I live out of town and don’t have 2 vehicles, so a drop off is impossible

Called and spoke with Gilbert and he had us down for service on 2024 Cross when we made the appointment for 2020 Outlander sport for an oil change and new battery!! I called three times to make sure of the right car and left three messages and they still had the wrong car booked for service. Really sorry you have an incompetent service person!!Chris is very helpful and ready to take care of all your service needs but never has any help. Usually only one service person is there and I never get the car washed because they don’t have enough people working to get the job done. This happens all the time and you get I’m sorry can’t get to the car wash!!!
