Called and spoke with Gilbert and he had us down for service on 2024 Cross when we made the appointment for 2020 Outlander sport for an oil change and new battery!! I called three times to make sure of the right car and left three messages and they still had the wrong car booked for service. Really sorry you have an incompetent service person!!Chris is very helpful and ready to take care of all your service needs but never has any help. Usually only one service person is there and I never get the car washed because they don’t have enough people working to get the job done. This happens all the time and you get I’m sorry can’t get to the car wash!!!
