The agent was very knowledgeable and competent at meeting my needs. She was friendly, efficient and honest. Follow through was phenomenal ✨️Only complaint is the coverage itself. We are paying more this year to get better coverage. Well that was the promise, VERY untrue. Plan costs us more and covers less. VERY UNHAPPY with that aspect. Will definitely be switching plans as soon as possible.
