I called the customer service number for support on my prescription, and the person helping me was very nice, helpful, and took the time to look into my concern.

Ellie, through your patient care call center, went above and beyond to help me figure out a prescription that there was miscommunication about through my doctor and pharmacy. I was very impressed with her level of service and how quickly she resolved the situation.It was a bit frustrating that I was given the wrong information from the pharmacy and doctor when the prescription was written, but I’m grateful for the help in getting it figured out promptly!

I was treated very disrespectfully and the decisions made are not based on medical standard of care. As a member, who happens to be a physician and specialist; I know when I am being misled , unfortunately most of the public does not. My internal medicine physician also called and had an equally poor experience.
