I was treated very disrespectfully and the decisions made are not based on medical standard of care. As a member, who happens to be a physician and specialist; I know when I am being misled , unfortunately most of the public does not. My internal medicine physician also called and had an equally poor experience.

Bonnie was so helpful, she made everything so simple and took the time to explain everything twice. I give Bonnie 5 stars!!!

I was told that I didn’t have pharmacy coverage by the pharmacist and rengence.. thankfully I was able to reach the young lady I spoke with and she took care of everything. Even called my pharmacy.Thank you!

I was trying to get some information about my prescriptions and the lady that I talked to was so helpful and answered all my questions and found the problem that the doctors office sent the wrong birthdate and got it figured out so now I can pick up my prescription thank you so much for your help and talking to a real person

The pharmacy associate was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She was helping me with a code for a prescription from Smith’s Pharmacy. She told me she’d take care of it and call me back when finished. She did exactly just that. Extremely stellar customer service!
