Was great. The woman I talked to was very helpful. I had two calls with her and she's very helpful. Though I tried getting through to the farmacy on my own and I sat on hold for like 15 minutes and then someone answered so I began explaining my problem after they asked what they could help with. And half way through explaining I was hung up on or something. Was frustrating. Other than that you guys are great

I was following up on a prior authorization that my doctor sent for a new medication to start taking for my diabetes. Sierra explained everything to me and even sent a copy of the denial letter to my email through a secure message. She was very professional, friendly and helpful.
