We arrived during canada day, unfortunately there had been power outage in the area so we don't have electricity at night and water and had power back on midnight. Good thing we had our lamp/fan charged to light out the site. They should have provided flashlights or emergency generators in the area. And also it might be better if the linens are also provided and laundry facilities. But over all it was a great experience because the facilities and the cottage were great!

We enjoyed our visit… thanks! There are so hints to help make the park a better place to visit…*Rocks around the fire pits so the grass doesn’t burn*clean the sites for goose poop*make sure the driveways for the campers are level and packed down with the gravel. It was hard to get the trailer flat it was sinking in the gravel because it was not packed down.*Have holes in each picnic table in the middle so the campers can put up an umbrella for shade while eating*check the beach for seed weed … rake it up a few times a day! Thanks for a great weekend , we will see you again soon!

We think that the decks should have some furniture , an umbrella , maybe a picnic table . Our unit had nothing on the deck but glad we brought camp chairs .

clean the cupboards and cobwebs around the cabins daily and leave a broom dustpan and recycle bin outside each unit. do customer service training. it is so apparent that you rely on experience rather than training when it comes to customer service because the individuals who knew how to treat customers properly (2 staff) were people with lived and employment experience. the others were clearly inexperienced.

Not sure if there is a cabin key drop box for those who leave outside of regular office hours. We found security who agreed to take our key, as we checked out early.May be a good suggestion to let cabin campers to also bring a fan- the ceiling fan wasn’t moving the muggy air well. We brought a fan and were happy to have both going.

The only thing I would improve would be a better sign for the pump out station. I drove past it the first time. Also it should be leveled so the nose of the trailer isn’t pointed down.
