The pool, gym and gate as well as the location

I’ve actually lived here over a year. Not sure why you think it’s only been a few months. The only complaint I have is parking. 2 precious neighbors always had 3-4 cars that always took close parking and carrying groceries up stairs it’s nice to be able to park closer Currently it is not a problem but would love assigned parking. The staff here are awesome and always helpful and friendly.

Improvements would be: To have the Entrance gate fully operational as Seaglass is a gated/secure community; To have more landscape maintenance as I've had to cut back and cleanup the bushes in front of our unit; Hot tub fully operational; Dog park maintenance - holes to be filled as dogs could step in them and hurt themselves; Better pest control.

Issues with pool not being open multiple times times( the jacuzzi still not operating properly), the valet service not picking up our trash multiple times, problems with internet.

My only feedback would be about the gate, it’s usually open at night and that part kind of defeats the purpose of living in a gated community. But I do love living here and it’s been a great experience!
