Excellent customer service, minimal wait time, pleasant experience

Aileen E was absolutely amazing and so helpful. I’ve been stressed about a medication and she took the time to go over everything with me and said she would call me back with the information she found out. Everyone I’ve talked to from the pharmacy benefits team over the last 5 weeks has been so kind, supportive and helpful. They’ve followed up with my doctor and with me. I feel like they care about me as a person, not a number among hundreds. Thank you.

Positive interaction with the representative. She was knowledgeable and helpful, but what I appreciated the most was her willingness to listen to my concerns and help find answers.

Irene was able to troubleshoot my issue that has been plugging me for a couple of months. Admittedly, this is the first time I called in because I was anticipating long wait times in the queue and never had enough time to think I could get it done. She was able to escalate the problem and then as promised, she called me back and got it taken care of. That’s almost unheard of in customer relations today. I really appreciate her follow through, cordial attitude, and portrayal of confidence that she could solve my problem.

I am having a reaction to a prescription patch and the non-brand is what is causing that reaction and I need preapproval for the brand name and the lady that I was speaking to was so kind because I was upset about it as I was supposed to change the patch on Sunday and now it’s Thursday and she was very empathetic and she also calmed me down and made sure that I understood that all we need is a pre-authorization from my doctor to fill out and then it would be presented to you and that we have a system in which I can get help where this patch is causing burning on my skin so I just wanted to thank you for having a good representative who is kind and gentle and is actually very knowledgeable and can speak in a manner ithat I can understand

Alene was amazing. She called the pharmacy on my behalf and actually tried to help solve a seemingly complex issue. She called me back in a timely manner and was very polite and professional.

Eileen in pharmacy benefits was fantastic. She was a problem solver and figured out what went wrong with my Rx being filled. She resolved the issue and even called my pharmacy. Excellent!Not many problem solvers in any industry today!
