My property manager is very clear and reactive to my requests. I know he probably manages multiple properties for multiple clients, but it seems he's more 'no news is good news'. I frequently call, mostly out of curiosity, to inquire about the status of rent due and the property in general. it would be nice to be reached out to more personally beyond just receiving the monthly statement via email.
