I'm just a little disappointed that there is no garbage disposal or a blind in the kitchen window. As of today I don't know if I can have either of these things.

Joe has been very timely in taking care of are issues, only complaint is the issue prior to your company taking over after Roberts was let go . We had a water problem, an emergency and we covered the cost that the university was responsible for. We deducted it from our rent. Joe says we owe that money to you you but really it’s the university’s responsibility

I love being able to pay my rent online as well as submit requests online. Every time I have submitted a request for repairs, they have been taken care of quickly and efficiently.

The only "complaint" that I have is the driveway parking. It's hard to maneuver a vehicle when the neighbor is parking three cars wide, with leaves no access/areaway space. Other than that, as long as the owner is satisfied, you'll be alright. Thanks,

Great apartments that are very clean and well kept. Ton of room to grow for a family and great area and neighborhood in Herculaneum. Would highly recommend!

The maintenance man is very knowledgeable about all the different appliances. The timing on fixing any issues we've had have been very good.

So far, my experience has been dealing with the maintenance dept has been awesome. I hope that this is there regular way of doing things and not a fluke. Time will tell.
