Had a minor plumbing issue, took almost two weeks to fix. Was not Select"s fault, their contracted maintenence repairmen were all on vacation. However they did keep in touch with us, to make sure we were alright, and to keep us informed of a repair date.

I switched over to Select Leasing after my last property management company wouldn't communicate when it was absolutely necessary. I was tired of reaching out to them when there was an issue and when I was constantly stressed with my renters. So far, I've been pretty happy with the experience and feel much more at ease.

Pop up spout fixed in timely manner within several business days. Was not leveled as they suggested, so hopefully it doesn't happen again.
