I thought i saw something that said it would be washed. It wasn't, but if I was wrong then sorry.Online is pointless. I booked an online appointment and they said it doesn't work most of the time. Calling all depends on who you get.Haven't really had a problem. Only thing is call backs for service takes forever except for one person I think it was kathy or something like that. Only person to ever get back to me.

It's a little confusing because Volkswagen is in the same facility.I had to wait more than 3 months for the part. That's WAY too long. UNACCEPTABLE.It seems to me that there ought to be some way somehow for the dealer to obtain critical parts for a vehicle that is not so old and is still being manufactured.I am satisficed with the service that I received from Sendell. Communication was good and they completed the repair in a timely manner. They made it easy to pick up my car after the servic department was close. I am less than satisfied with Mitsubishi. I am grateful for the 5 year warranty but extremely unhappy that it took more than 3 months to obtain the parts required to fix my car. That's unacceptable. I had to use a secondary vehicle (minivan) for this entire time which was difficult because it's not a good snow car and it used a lot more gas compared to my Mirage. Shame on you! This is the kind of thing that can't be excused or forgotten.

The customer Service is excellent. Katie is very good at telling you about the service to your vehicle. She is very kind and doesn't pressure you into anything. They do a excellent job in the service department also.
