I dealt with Samantha in service and she was fantastic. My wait time was very reasonable and she kept me informed during the entire visit. I am a retired Mercedes Benz Service Director and I would hire her without hesitation. Thank you.

I'd like my {new car} to be washed after it's being serviced. I've had (3) complementary oil changes & tire rotations & {not one} car wash.I don't expect my car seat & mirror to be adjusted back to its settings.I do like the next Oil change stickers that are applied to the upper left driver's side. They are helpful in reminding you of your next possible oil change.It's easy to make on-line appointments. It's also close to my home (Greensburg), Pa. It's also nice to sit & wait in their waiting room. Good free Coffee. Also like the Fish Tank. L.O.L. The service managers are very informative as to tell you what they did. & you also get a print-out job sheet, for your records. The only two things that could be better is maybe a car wash & some simple snacks in the waiting room. Most other places offer them.

The time it took.The car sat on the lot where they place them after service is done for at least 15 to 20 minutes before I was told it was ready to go.
