What!? I stated the scheduling process was alrightSee prior explanations on prior pages of this surveyI had to go back into the Service Center to tell them the mechanics left their tools on the floor of the drivers side of my car. Also, was not pleased with the comment from the female attendant, stating get her out of here. I never gave anyone any trouble at your dealership, so I feel that the comment above was uncalled for!You need knowledgeable mechanics that know how to service your car and not make additional errors. You take your vehicle in to be serviced for the problems you explained to the attendant, and you come out of the dealership with additional problems, example: chemical spilled on outside of windshield, new wiper blades I had on my car were replaced by junk wiper blades mechanic installed, and some of the attendants need a lesson on how to have a better attitude when it comes to Customer Service!

The waiting room is quite comfortable. And the service advisors are top notch.All the service writers that I've dealt with are very knowledgeable and take the time to make you feel special Even though I've never met the mechanics, I have nothing but good things to say about their work.

N/aMy needs were not addressed.I cannot confirm what was done or checked on the vehicle.If a multi-point inspection was done I was not allowed to know the results.My concerns were not addresses.When I asked for information on how my tires looked and brakes I was ignored and my concerns were not addressed.I would like someone to contact me and explain why I did not get a multi point inspection and why my concerns on a newly purchased vehicle are being ignored. 724-840-6013.Usually as part of the oil change they check fluids, brakes, do a tire rotation, and I have no idea what they did. They changed my oil but unsure if tires were rotated. Unsure how much tread is left on my tires or if they're even safe. unsure if my brakes are safe. I expressed concern on this newly purchased (new) vehicle and none of my concerns were looked into. I shouldnt be unaware if my tires were rotated or not. Why not tell me what they did? I asked for that sheet of paper that tells you all the things they checked and was told "he didn't give it to me".I expressed concerns about tires and breaks (this was a newly purchased car - I've only put 12,000 miles on it)

Appt was just for diagnosis purposesWill be having work done by private mechanic as cost at Sendell was very expensive.On time. Staff does a good job explaining problems & fixes.
