Early Monday morning I let our manager, Lisa stavness, know that my tub was not draining properly. She immediately placed the work order, and the maintenance man Frank was up in my apartment shortly later, so the problem was solved very quickly. Whenever I need any help I can always count on Lisa for prompt and successful action.
