The plumber was very knowledgeable and contacted the City of Arlington so I didn't have to so he explained everything to them. Great job!

I’ve informed Promo Contractor referred by HomeServe USA about, about blockage was partly removed from outside home sewer wherein our home was insured. I suggested to them it can doubled check with your camera.I spoke to HomeServe USA by the name of Kimberly who opposed not pursuing the work of the contractor; that it was working alright at that time.

They sent someone out the same day and gave me peace of mind.

0 stars. Terrible. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible attitudes. My issue was critical and waited 4 days before someone came out. So much for an emergency warranty service. Asked to speak to a supervisor was told they were not there. Constantly lied to while my house was flooding. Thanks. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Terrible. Will not recommend and will advise all I know not to use this company.

For the most part the representatives I dealt with were helpful and got service scheduled for my issue. One person wasn't very friendly, but overall fine with the process.

The repairman arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He then consulted with his supervisor as to the best remedy to the problem. He completed the work and was confident that the leak was fixed. He covered the dirt area. He was very polite, professional, and communicated effectively.
