The rep was very kind and explained everything. The problem was that I have been paying for this for over Twenty years and the service was outdated. The foundation service we used gave us a free hydrovac service to check for any sewer leaks. We only had one clean out and it showed that we had a leak. I paid to have another clean out and installed thinking my plan would cover it but I was wrong. So when it was done I canceled the additional hydro vac and put it on my insurance only to find out that they don’t provide that service. All they do is a camera and the camera didn’t find any leaked and I was told I had to wait until my sewer line stopped up or there was major sewer leakage. What kind of service do you have people pay for over twenty years and you don’t upgrade. I obviously have a leak and my insurance doesn’t want to prevent major damage. They want to wait till something happens and then either tell you “Oh, your policy doesn’t cover that or it goes beyond your max benefit. Thank you to the rep that assisted us. He was very kind and honest. I wish he was the one that answered the phone and told me everything.

Plumber came same day to clear the sewer line which was excellent. Found roots. Felt a camera inspection was necessary to ensure this does not happen again, however the agent said it has to happen again for the camera inspection to be approved. Seems waist full as if roots have gotten into the pipe, it will definitely happen again. Should have been taken care of based on the initial visit to prevent it from happening again.

We had to turn off the water to the house because it had a significant leak coming from the city water line to the house. The HomeService representative that i reached worked to find a plumber to come out that day. She, Rosanna was able to find Josh with AZ Plumbing Pros who was willing to come at the end of his work day to fix the leak. Very nice gentleman who worked efficiently to correct the problem

The two plumbers that came out Sunday evening were totally professional and got the job done! It truly brought relief to my wife and I so we weren't force to stay at a hotel overnight! Thanks again for a job well done, especially on a Sunday evening!!!!

The problem started on a Saturday morning and it wasn’t resolved until Monday. If it was deemed an emergency where none of the fixtures were available to be used at my house, then I’d hope for a prompt response.

The technician sent to work on our home was concientious, polite, and respectful.
