Had an emergency water line break early on a Saturday morning. City of Tucson came and shut off water but said break was on my side of the meter. Contacted SLW and received a text that a certain plumber would come between 9:30 and 11:30 that day. Waited till noon. Nobody came. Called plumber and was told they had not committed to a Saturday appointment and had no availability till Monday. I mentioned the text I received and they said those are just automated. Called SLW again. They said they would contact someone else. Got another text saying another plumbing company would come between 2 and 4 pm. They came, inspected the issue and said he would have to report back to his boss who would contact SLW for authorization. Would be Monday, or maybe Sunday, before it could be fixed. They ultimately came back on Sunday morning and completed the repair. This left me with no water service to my house from 7 am Saturday to midday Sunday. Had it been handled properly the first time, I probably would have had a repair on Saturday. Also operators mostly had heavy accents and were hard to understand and the plumber who actually came to my house did not speak much English either and could not answer some of my questions. I also had to call plumbing company that did fix it to send me an email receipt of the work done. Still don't know what type of guarantee their work carries. Sorry just 3 stars for the frustration involved.

Quick service, technician unplugged my main sewer line and resolved my issue. Setting up service call was pretty easy and I paid nothing out of pocket.. no deductible and saved me a few hundred dollars. Glad I had this policy!
