The technician was baffled at first, not being familiar with my water lines, I pay for this because I need protection, however what is covered by my agreement is really unclear but whatever he did it was quality and prompt work, and the blockage was conquered and that was the main goal. Thank you

The plumber you sent did a quick snake job. I just had it inspected with a camera scope this evening and roots everywhere. I’m going to have another backup if I don’t get it done again. I’m using my guy and will be sending you a bill. This same thing happened few years back. Two weeks after you had sent someone my basement flooded. This is a joke of a company.
