Excellent customer service

Arrived early, went right to work and cleaned up. Drain working well again.

Service was promt. They had a plumber calling me the same day with them out to fix it the next morning.

I would have given 5 stars except for the lack of communication with my initial call. I called at 5pm for a sewer back up in to house. Was told that I would be hearing from a technician about someone coming out that evening. I called back 2 hours later and AI told me that my claim was in process and waiting to hear from the plumber. I called back 45 minutes later and after insisting several times to talk to a person, finally was able to talk to someone. They said the plumber they called closed at 5pm and that’s why no one called me. Very frustrating!!!!! The next plumbed was called and he was out in 1 hour and did a great job.

I called after 9pm in hopes for a plumber the next day. Service Line made sure it happened. Thanks.

it took awhile but finally got a tec to check the sewer line out he run the camera down and jetted it out and said all we need do is install a back flow preventer in the in the sewer line

The reported leak in our water line between the water meter and our house was repaired in 24 hours.

Rowdy Construction was excellent! We couldn’t have asked for better communication and service. And service line warranties was very quick and efficient in setting up this repair. Worth every penny!

I am not a fan of speaking to AI to then receive a call to schedule an appointment, but once the company called and scheduled everything with smoothly. The plumber, Antuane, that came out was helpful. He knew what he was doing and was able to fix my issue. I really appreciate him!
