The plumbing company that came out to snake my drain were VERY professional. If I ever have an another plumbing issue, I will definitely request their service.

The computer did not give me a plumber that could be here on that particular day. I needed one asap. I rescheduled with a person and got a plumber there in a couple of hours. So, other than the initial delay things worked out well.

I had to call 2 times but they did help me. I had a backed up toilet, 1 bathroom in my house and 4 people in the house at the time. 1st company couldn’t come out for 4 days, called back explained my issue and they found someone to come out on same day but had to wait 6 hours. Plumbers were great! Had me fixed in 1.5 hours. I had roots in my pipes they blew it out. I’m a happy person with this policy. Thank you!

Zack was our repair man the day we had our appointment. He was extremely helpful, very polite and nice to work with. I called my repair in on a Saturday, he came out 45 minutes later! We were so impressed with the quick response! I’m very happy I have this coverage with Service Line Warranties of America!

Thank you. No leaks were detected and the meter at the street indicates the same. So, at this time, we will monitor for any recurrence or recommend to the City of Anna to replace the meter if deemed to be malfunctioning. If the issue presents itself again, I will contact Service Line.
