The problem was addressed immediately and taken care of within 24 hours. The technician was on time, explained everything, cleaned up afterwards and left the area clean and all items back in place.

Got on the job quickly and found a plumber for the following day.( same day because I entered the claim around midnight) SIS plumbing came out, but very amateur plumber. Used a 3/8 snake( which is smaller than what I have) and broke his snake off in my pipe, which made the situation worse. Took another 2 days before the stoppage was cleared. Get rid of SOS and add Priority plumbing to your contractor list.
