Customer Service to Report the issue was excellent. The Warranty Company Customer Service was excellent. They also notified me - as promised - when the Repair Tech was on his way. The Repair was made quickly and he provided an Invoice detailing hi9s finindgs and the work completed to repair the issue.

The woman Aurora was outstanding. I asked her to switch the company for us, to a company that has great reviews. However, that company has not showed up yet - 3 hours late. Now we are three days without water and counting. So while Aurora gets 5 stars, the entire process gets 1 star so far.

The company was very professional. They cleaned after the service. The service was for clogged kitchen sink. Unfortunately, even though the drain was snaked 80 ft, they informed me that the main problem is at the street sewer line. I have other sewer line coverage but will it be covered?

The woman that answered the phone was very rude and uncaring of the situation I was explaining to her. I thought that after years of paying for this insurance the first time I ever had to call would have been welcoming and kind. Not this company! Her attitude was very cold and uncaring.
