Had a kitchen sink back up and called home serve. Issue resolved within 24 hours!!

Michelle was amazing!! She is a hard working , not only did she get the job done she also helped take care of me and my husband both after learning about our recent health issues.

CONTACTED HOMESERVE WHO PROMPTLY REFERRED SERVICE REQUEST TO JOHNCO PLUMBING.JOHNCO DID NOT RESPOND TO US EVER AND 3 DAYS LATER WE CONTACTED HOMESERVE AND ASKED TO RECEIVE SERVICE FROM "SERVICE EXPERTS" WHO HAD DONE A REPAIR FOR US PREVIOUSLY.SERVICE EXPERTS WAS ASSIGNED AND PROMPTLY DID THE JOB.A FAIL LOSER RATING FOR JOHNCO PLUMBING, 5 STARS FOR HOMESERVE AND SERVICE EXPERTS.

K Jett, the Service Line Warranties contractor, replaced my bathroom faucet. The K Jett technician was knowledgeable(answered my questions)and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.
