The plumber messaged he was on his way, arrived, and was very kind. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed in a little while. No problems since.

An appointment was scheduled and the technician arrived within that time window. They explained what they did to correct the problem with my main line. They completed everything in about an hour, which includes the cleanup time.

We have had a pretty good experience the representative Jacklyn went above and beyond beyond to try and find us a same day appointment which was extremely hard since it was a Sunday but we did appreciate the effort

I would like to thanks Parker Brothers Plumbing, did a great job in Metro Detroit Area. I had a clogged sewer line and could not use the facilities. I called SLWofA and a immediately got a message a plumbing firm would reach out. The first one said they could not come out for a WEEK for my emergency :-(. Frustrated I called back, SLWofA the agent (Danisha sp?) work hard to reschedule me with another company. Again, Parker Brothers Plumbing came to the rescue. Arrived when they said, texted the night before, and called 20 mins before they arrived. Hydro-jetted the sewer and cleaned up afterward. Polite, informative and professional. They have a well deserve A+ better business rating.
