We called you Sunday and got an automated response. It asked a couple of questions and within a short time, texted us with an appt. for Tuesday. I called on Monday and spoke with a real person asking them if someone could come out that same day instead as we were trying not to flush or run much water. Spoke with a very nice gentleman and he said he would make a few phone calls and see what he could do. He could me back a short time later telling me he was able to get someone to come out that very afternoon! The guys came out and of course ran into some problems, but they figured it out and were able to get us back up and running!! Thank you so much to all of you for making this problem so much easier than we expected!!

Reached out Sunday morning for backup in basement. We had to call you several times and kept getting run around that a plumber was coming but never heard back and no one ever showed up until Monday.
