While it took many phone calls to get the service started, the service tech was amazing.

The insurance is worthless because they did not cover the broken water pipe in our front yard .

Johnco was excellent. Jason and James repaired the leak with 3/4 inch copper pipe. However, the other company you sent last November 2025 to fix the same leak did poor work that lasted less than five months.

Although we have had protection for years, we had never used it before last week. We were unsure how the process worked, but everyone assured us along the way. The entire process was seamless and our issue was fixed by the afternoon. Constant communication was kept with us. We were pleasantly surprised and comforted by the professionalism that was displayed during every aspect of the process.

I’ve been a Las Vegas resident for 30 years and I have dealt with many companies. I will say by FYI was truly amazing professional, and to the point with no wasted time in great work ethic.
