Fixed the issue

Your representative listened when I said that two of the plumbers could not make it on the same day to unclog my sewer line. He then contacted another plumbing company that could come and help on the same day. When the sewer line is not functional so is the whole house. Can't use the toilet, the sinks, can't wash dishes; things come to a stand still and when the plumber says "We can't help until tomorrow," it's NOT acceptable.

Willie is a top notch plumber. Great personality and genuinely nice person. You are fortunate to have him as an employee.

I had a pipe break in front yard and Service Line Warranties was quick to act on my behalf. It was an emergency and they were able to dispatch a plumber timely and resolve my issue in less than 24 hours on a weekend!

The person who came to our door was very polite and professional. He was able to show us what the problem was and how we could get it fixed.

The service was good but I just didn't like the fact that if you have critical issues or emergency issues you have to wait few days for an appointment and I think it should've been more prioritize.

Beyond my expectations! They came out Saturday evening @ 9:30pm. He had me up and running in less than an hour. I am as happy as possible. Thanks for going above and beyond.

We had a major drain back up in the basement and, other than being without water, which is understandable, this experience was A++++. We have had Service Line Warranty for years now and they have ALWAYS come through. Very attentive and professional and work hard to make sure that we are taken care of!
