Great Service! I had a main sewer line blockage and called customer support to send a technician out. They said someone would call me back within four hours. A local plumber came to our door within 30 minutes. Unbelievably fast, and this was on the weekend. Line was cleared within an hour. This is one of the best contracts I have ever made. No Charge for the cleanout.

First plumbing company could not visit for 3 days. Second company never contacted me. Third company visited next day but did not perform any work. My home was finally serviced the following day

when it looked like same-day service wasn't going to work out, my serviceline customer service worker worked hard to find someone who could take care of my massive plumbing issue that day. i'm so thankful.

When I discovered the leak on Sunday, I called and the call was answered by a very nice woman who went to work to get our service done. This was a Sunday afternoon when I had very little confidence that anyone would answer. Before long, I had an appointment for a service person promised between 8-12 in the morning on Sunday morning. Ernesto was at our house early Monday and proceeded to locate the leak, do some very hard work getting to it and repairing it. He left everything neat, organized, so I could fill in the remainder of the hole once the area dried up. I couldn't have asked for a better service experience. I''m so happy I purchased the insurance. Excellent all the way.
