My warranty repair for my sewer line was not honored. The they sent someone out that seems like they really didn’t want to do the job. I have a sewer line leak at the front of my property, along the front slab area of my home. There was no effort to locate the leak. There was no probing of the ground near the area where my pipe is located, no camera was used nor, did they use a service to locate the leak. The plumber; Peeples Plumbing basically said that they think the leak can be coming from underneath the slab but, they were not sure. Well, how do they know this if, there was no effort made to confirm where the leak was coming from? I then received a call from ServePro letting me know that my claim for repair was denied!

CONTACTED HOMESERVE WHO PROMPTLY REFERRED SERVICE REQUEST TO JOHNCO PLUMBING.JOHNCO DID NOT RESPOND TO US EVER AND 3 DAYS LATER WE CONTACTED HOMESERVE AND ASKED TO RECEIVE SERVICE FROM "SERVICE EXPERTS" WHO HAD DONE A REPAIR FOR US PREVIOUSLY.SERVICE EXPERTS WAS ASSIGNED AND PROMPTLY DID THE JOB.A FAIL LOSER RATING FOR JOHNCO PLUMBING, 5 STARS FOR HOMESERVE AND SERVICE EXPERTS.

K Jett, the Service Line Warranties contractor, replaced my bathroom faucet. The K Jett technician was knowledgeable(answered my questions)and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.
