The technician was very prompt and personable. We did a walk through the basement to show where the sewer line is place. He also gave some recommendations on my questions. We would highly recommend this service.

We had a blocked main line. A pair of men came out and snaked the line at the outside cleanout and declared that the problem was probably in the house, which our policy did not cover. We had found in the past that the issue may be between the cleanout and the house. A second team came out the next day and gave the same verdict. They told us to contact another company for the inside. Hoover came out the next day. They replaced some inside lines, but found several blockages between the house and cleanout, including about two feet of roots. They used a camera, where the other two teams did not. They also found a bad spot in the line near the city sewer that we will need to have repaired in the future. The two teams from 2nd Gen did not find that either.
