The Company you tasked with fixing my problem sent an absolutely superb Technician to solve our problem. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and set about fixing it. He not only answered all of our questions, but he also explained just what he was doing. Before departing, he flushed the toilet just to make sure it worked properly and there were no leaks. He also cleaned up after himself and worked through his supper to take care of us. This company and this Technician ("Erik") are definitely Heroes!
