You sent out John Cole plumbing to do a water jet on my Sewer Line. They canceled the order because they said that they weren’t paid enough to come out and do the job this customer service I find to be unacceptable.

My plugged drains issue was taken care of immediately, and I was up and running 2 hours after the phone call to you.Thank you so much!!

Excellent work with no delay from all involved from my initial call-in. The man who performed the actual repair was diligent and cleaned up my place so well when he was finished with his excavation.

I am SHOCKED that I have been paying you since about 2018, coming to over $3,000 to date. Yet, through my water main line issue (which has been resolved, thank you), I had to pay almost $4,000 while your company only paid $1,100, and I can't even get an invoice from Airzona Plumbing reflecting your payment. This is despicable business dealings and I feel completely betrayed. I am considering cancelling this contract under these circumstances and certainly will not recommend unless you up your reimbursement to me personally, as I have already paid $4,000 for this.

Your company was quick to dispatch help. I got my first call shortly after getting off the phone w/your rep. I had a plumbing issue; I couldn't run water w/out it backing up in my main bathroom's toilet & tub. It's a Friday. Ultimate Drain Cleaning called and gave me a date of the following Tuesday. I called your company back, explained that my issue was a bit more pressing, and I couldn't wait for 5 days to get help. The rep immediately clicked a few buttons, and I had an appt that day between 12-5. Now that's the type of service I'm into. I can't believe a company called to offer me help 5 days after the immediate problem. (Notice I kept their name and will never do business w/them, as well as telling everyone about their poor customer service. I honestly felt the communication coming from them was like I was more of a problem than a customer. And that their rep could care less.)

Quick, easy, and fast. What else can you ask for.

They found the issue and fix it for us. They are hard workers! We appreciate them!
