The contractor damaged my property, leaving dirt and feces all over my basement, along with a huge dent and scratch in my brand new washing machine, rendering it inoperable. I’ve yet to hear back from the warranty team about any resolution to this issue.

Starting Friday 5/1/2026 through Saturday 5/2/2026 three separate times, I called Service Line Warranty of America (SLWA) # 1 (844) 257-8795 RE: Water line leak outside at front of home. Initially the water line leak appeared to be intermittent, identified by occasionally hearing a hissing sound and the ground area directly below the pipe has a wet area the size of a car tire. Gradually over 24 hours the water line leak became constant, with louder hissing and the ground area directly below the pipe has a wet area the size of a several truck tires.My service #: SHMV54E450F6-1 andservice was scheduled with John Co Plumbing, on 5/4/2026 between 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM.I spoke to Khaleeqa and Destiny with SLWA during two separate phone calls. I believe each of them did what they could to move up my scheduled water line leak repair.On Monday 5/4/2026 at 3:40 PM I called John Co Plumbing I spoke to Tracy RE: I’m scheduled for water line leak repair by their company through SLWA, between 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM today. Making sure the John Co Plumbing plumber will still be coming out to our house this afternoon?Tracy informed me John Co Plumbing never arranged with SLWA for service today. They have me scheduled for Tuesday 5/5/2026 between 12:00 noon to 4:00 PM.I explained my situation that my husband is hospitalized and will probably be discharged Tuesday 5/5. In addition, I also have medical testing tomorrow. I let Tracy know I’m not trying to be difficult or rude but, is there anyway she can check with their pluming staff about coming out today. Tracy was able to arrange for a plumber named Brian to come out this evening. Tracy couldn’t have been any nicer to me if she tried!5/4/2026 @ 4:45 PM Brian from Johnson Co Plumbing arrived to fix our water leak outside at front of home.Brian informed me we have 2 Issues:* Water line pipe leak Brian fixed.* We also have an irrigation leak just to the west of the pipes, not covered by SLWA.* Brian informed me the white pipe close to the irrigation leak (west of the water line leak he fixed), that water pressure is too high. Brian turned that water off. We need to reach out to a lawn irrigation service company, to address that leak. They will need to address setting(s) at the irrigation control box and check the water irrigation site that’s leaking.Brian couldn’t have been any nicer to me if he tried!Except for the confusion between SLWA and John Co Plumbing regarding the date service was scheduled, I received excellent services by each of these companies and the staff who addressed and resolved my water line leak!Satisfied Customer, Linda “Lindy” Kral
