My experience was very positive. The first service company given my job could not get out for two days. I called homeserve and asked to find me someone that could come ASAP and they came through. Superior Plumbing came out later that day and resolved my drain issues in no time.

Had a broken water line. Contractor/plumber fixed it by installing a new line to the water meter. Good job.

Plumbing problems are never good, but from the moment I called to the end of the repair the experience went flawless. Within a couple of minutes of the first call I was set up with a plumber and they also confirmed a time for my repair. My problem thankfully wasn't as bad as first thought and ended up not being covered under my warranty. Since Service Line Warranties set me up with a very good plumbing service they still took care of my issue without a problem and fair price. Stott Plumbing and Excavating out of Salt Lake City, UT was the contractor used by SLW and I would highly recommend them.
