You, got a very quick appointment for me. It was originally set for Monday the 3rd of March. I discovered the break on Tuesday after the ice and snow melted. That was the 25th. So Wednesday someone came out and told all is covered by insurance. It was repaired on Thursday and finished off on Friday. I was without water for only one day. On Wednesday the repairman turned the water on just enough to flush and drink water. It was an excellent job. Thanks..

HomeServe has always been cordial, professional, and quick to refer work to the contractor. My last experience I had I wasn't completed with my call to homeserve and I already had the contractor trying to reach me on a second call. BRAVO.. The only thing left is to wait a few days to ensure the pipe repair corrected the overall problem since it is buried.
