Tech was great

The Service Line employees who answer the phone are professional and very helpful. They contact a plumber very quickly and communicate with you the process and when you can expect a call from the plumber. They are very eager to help resolve your plumbing problem. Our home is 100 years old and the pipes are old! We always use Royal Plumbing through Service Line to come and help us out because they are all professional plumbers and know what they are doing. We are very, very happy with Service Line and Royal Plumbers.

The technician was very helpful and easily resolved my issue. He suggested work that could be done to prevent a future issue/occurrence, but was not sure it would be covered by the contract. He indicated it would cost approximately $1800.00.
