C&T Plumbing responded the same day on the phone with a few questions and then arrived at 9am the next morning. Very professional, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. They evaluated and broke down the problem which took over an hour and a half of them hustling through one test after another. They identified and resolved the problem, could not be more satisfied with the work they did.

Service man did not have a camera said we have roots we may have a break in the line, and he was going to recommend that to your office! The claim process was fine. I have a problem with Hummingbird Plumbers who responded; they put all the muddy dirt they dug up to get to the water line, piled onto my lawn. Then when refilling the hole they scraped the dirt back in with their shovels, tearing up the lawn and leaving dirt clods and a mess all around. They should have removed the top layer of sod and set it aside, so that when done refilling the hole they could place the sod back in place. They left dirt and mud clods on the sidewalk and even over to my neighbor's house. I have pics to share it you'd like to see them.
