I appreciate the work that Danny did while he was here. However, it did not resolve the overall (on-going) issue in this home. I am in need of someone to snake the line through the clean out on the roof (as the house is designed). This has always been the procedure for clearing any blockages or back up as they relate to the function of the washing machine and kitchen sink. My bathtub is now not draining off after a shower, so this is an even great indication that additional work (as described above) must be done. Please follow up ASAP. Thank you.
