The plumber you sent did a quick snake job. I just had it inspected with a camera scope this evening and roots everywhere. I’m going to have another backup if I don’t get it done again. I’m using my guy and will be sending you a bill. This same thing happened few years back. Two weeks after you had sent someone my basement flooded. This is a joke of a company.

The person who came was excellent and professional, but the treatment from your company was not. My sewer has been "fixed" about 5 times by under this policy and the line is broken yet you would not pay to replace it. That is not the treatment I expect when I took out the policy. Would not recommend the policy to others.
