CONTACTED HOMESERVE WHO PROMPTLY REFERRED SERVICE REQUEST TO JOHNCO PLUMBING.JOHNCO DID NOT RESPOND TO US EVER AND 3 DAYS LATER WE CONTACTED HOMESERVE AND ASKED TO RECEIVE SERVICE FROM "SERVICE EXPERTS" WHO HAD DONE A REPAIR FOR US PREVIOUSLY.SERVICE EXPERTS WAS ASSIGNED AND PROMPTLY DID THE JOB.A FAIL LOSER RATING FOR JOHNCO PLUMBING, 5 STARS FOR HOMESERVE AND SERVICE EXPERTS.

K Jett, the Service Line Warranties contractor, replaced my bathroom faucet. The K Jett technician was knowledgeable(answered my questions)and courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.

Wow, what can I say. I had this warranty for 2 years and thought I would never have to use it. I purchase the warranty when my utility-water company sent me a flyer. I am so glad I did. I was cutting grass and notice water in the lawn but, it had not rain in days. I knew I had a leak somewhere in my yard. I call Homeserve and they came out the next day and dug up what needed to be dug up and fixed the leak. That easy and that simple. The whole process from starting a claim to repair was like magic. Josh the repair person did a wonderful job. This is one warranty I will keep as long as I own a home. Just the relief knowing that it was cover gave me peace of mind. I recommend Homeserve highly. K.
