The contractor damaged my property, leaving dirt and feces all over my basement, along with a huge dent and scratch in my brand new washing machine, rendering it inoperable. I’ve yet to hear back from the warranty team about any resolution to this issue.

Service for a broken water main wasn't scheduled immediately. Took a day and a half. No flushing toilet or way to bathe for work.Other than that, all good
