We called in the problem. You all responded within an hour that a plumber would be out the next day. Phil and another gentleman showed up. I should Phil the problem and 30 minutes later it was fixed! He was kind, courteous, respectful, professional and informative. Who could ask for more than that!

You send out a company aqua flow plumbing and the two times we had them here they tried charging us double them what the actual repairs cost us. They told me they couldn’t rod on the inside only the outside. Really? I bet people are paying them and it’s not right. Rockland plumbing was great and you should refer them first to people.

the first service agent said they could not come for 4 days (totally unacceptable for a stopped up toilet).the recommended that I call and ask for an alternative.An alternate was found and arrived two hours later and promptly resolved the problem.suggest vendor should inform SLWA if they are not able to promptly respond to a blocked sewer line request.
