We have had a policy with ASLW for years now. Overall the response and process works well as a customer, but we have had repeated issues with the Water Service Line and ASLW does not address the entire problem… you only authorize repair of the small section that has the leak. The rest of the line is just as old and should be replaced by your warranty, as that is how you market the service coverage.

When a serious plumbing issue arises it's a relief to have a responsive team there for you. HomeServe handled my problem immediately and contacted a local plumber. When the first business couldn't come for a few days (which was days too many) I called back and the person I talked with personally contacted another plumber and scheduled us for the same day. Talk about a life saver! I would recommend HomeServe to anyone looking for a warranty service company.
