I made an appointment with home serve because my main drain was blocked. The appointment was made within minutes and the company reached out to me to come out and open the drain. I have never had an experience like I had on that day. The drain was open the same day. Thanks for responding so quickly.

The plumber you sent out to unblock stoppage in one bathroom actually succeeded in blocking drainage in ENTIRE HOUSE! He didn't bother to check to realize that instead of pushing stoppage out of house he was pushing into rest of the house! He left saying he'd have to talk to the company since he couldn't get stoppage resolved. Within 15 minutes I walked into other bathrooms to find them under water, filled with dirt and sewage, carpet in bedroom was even wet. I immediately called you and the plumbing company and they sent him back out to fix the problem; but I spent the evening cleaning sewage out of 3 bathrooms! Very unhappy with competency level, etc. The plumber did say that he got the plumbing unstopped and draining; but there are roots in line going out and he couldn't fix that - line needs "jetting" or problem will just re-occur. I called your office and after 20 mins on hold was told that since line was draining at this time they would not arrange for jetting unless there was a continuing problem (which obviously there will be). I am very unhappy with way this entire issue was handled and the fact that the real problem has not been resolved (roots in line) and it will certainly cause more issues. Very unprofessional!!!!

The service providers you send are great; however, virtually every one of them has said the sewer line is broken and cannot be opened all the way and needs to be replaced. You have consistently ignored their diagnoses and recommendations and have opted to patch and put a band aid on the problem. As a result, our household continues to deal with overflowing toilets and soggy carpets, and you are losing money. By my calculations, had you fixed the problem the first time it was detected, your financial loss on my account would be about half what it is to date. Not good business. On the positive side, at least we aren't paying for each service call.

Benjamin with Faith Mountain Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed our service line efficiently. Only reason I’m not giving a five star is the two days without water we experienced before completion.
