The tech called my telephone, but I was in school and missed his call. Initially, he was instructed to call my husband's telephone number before arriving for the appt. Therefore, my husband spent quite some time tracking him down because my husband had scheduled to take the off work to be home when the tech arrived. However, they finally connected. To date, we have not had any unusual incidents with our plumbing. Thank you.

Fast and complete service, although the type of service needed was not communicated correctly or thoroughly by Home Serve to the plumber. They indicated it was sewer and it was water. Also did not relay the information from the city that we had a 17 gallon/hour continuous water usage. So communication between the two could be improved.

This was the first service call under our contract and I am happy to say we were very pleased with the service. Stephen, our technician was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made sure I he had done so to my satisfaction.
