Wow, what can I say. I had this warranty for 2 years and thought I would never have to use it. I purchase the warranty when my utility-water company sent me a flyer. I am so glad I did. I was cutting grass and notice water in the lawn but, it had not rain in days. I knew I had a leak somewhere in my yard. I call Homeserve and they came out the next day and dug up what needed to be dug up and fixed the leak. That easy and that simple. The whole process from starting a claim to repair was like magic. Josh the repair person did a wonderful job. This is one warranty I will keep as long as I own a home. Just the relief knowing that it was cover gave me peace of mind. I recommend Homeserve highly. K. I was unhappy with the service. Due to nothing was done. I know the bathroom needs redone but I still have a leaking shower head and nob

The service tech was very personable and willing to answer questions I had. He was also knowledgeable as to the issue causing our sink clog issue. I was surprised at quickly your company was able to dispatch a repair technician.
