My sewer line was clogged which meant I could not use the toilets or any water. It was a Sunday and I called Service Line Warranty. They answered quickly and put an expedited order in for a plumber. I got a call from the plumber on Monday morning and they were here by 10 am and cleared the sewer line. I appreciated the quick service as I could not stay in my house while it was clogged.

Timely and clear communication!

We were pleased with homeserves response but not the plumbers We were told they were coming between 12 to 4. About 430 we got a call that said they were not going to make it on Sunday. The individual called and said they would be at our home at 9am Monday morning. We took off work to be there. The plumber didn't show up until after 10am. They took longer than normal and didn't clean up at all. Maybe they are not supposed to but this is not the first time this has happened and they always clean up the area. We were disappointed in the service from the plumber.
