I did not get a live person but used the automated system to schedule my appointment. I have to say I was impressed with the communication via text after my schedule, I was informed I would be contacted by contractor and I was, then the available time was asked of me and they arrived, performed work as scheduled. Your automated system worked and I would.be willing to use again though I ould prefer a live person. Thank you for the service you provide.

We have had sewer line warranty since around 2013. In October we were informed that interior coverage was no longer available. Now I find out that only the partners changed from city of Lawton to PSO. I am really upset over this.

One Way Plumbing was prompt the next day, 12\27\24, after our late afternoon call to HomeServe on the day before, 12\26\24. We were a bit disappointed when HomeServe did not get back to us on the 26th to let us know the plumber would not be able to come until the next day (as y'all found out your usual go-to plumber was closed for the holidays); we understand it was the holidays but would have liked to have gotten a call Friday P.M. as we were trying to figure out holiday trip plans.. My hubby had to call HomeServe back early on the 27th to find out what was happening; y'all then called One Way Plumbing out late that morning. (We had to postpone a family Christmas trip by one day.) But as I mentioned, were thankful our issue was resolved on the 27th!
