The plumber was on time, and very patient with me. He was professional and thorough. I would say he is an asset to your company.

Must have the same problem documented multiple times to qualify for getting the problem considered. This still don't mean that it will be covered under warranty. I had to pay $175.00 for the plumber that they dispatched to run the camera down the sewer line to be told there was no blockage so no need to repair even though the camera showed a crack and section missing. There is no warranty on the sewer line!!! Just a unclog your drain service and a lot of fine print to deceive you into thinking you are covered for all possible scenarios. Total misleading of

You, got a very quick appointment for me. It was originally set for Monday the 3rd of March. I discovered the break on Tuesday after the ice and snow melted. That was the 25th. So Wednesday someone came out and told all is covered by insurance. It was repaired on Thursday and finished off on Friday. I was without water for only one day. On Wednesday the repairman turned the water on just enough to flush and drink water. It was an excellent job. Thanks..

HomeServe has always been cordial, professional, and quick to refer work to the contractor. My last experience I had I wasn't completed with my call to homeserve and I already had the contractor trying to reach me on a second call. BRAVO.. The only thing left is to wait a few days to ensure the pipe repair corrected the overall problem since it is buried.

They were very professional courteous and they took their time to do the job and they let me know exactly what they were doing. Thank you so much.
