I WAS PLEASED THAT THE SERVICE COMPANY WAS DISPATCHED AS SOON AS IT WAS. EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD, THEY WOULD BE HERE THE DAY OF THE REPORTED PROBLEM AND WERE NOT. THEY STILL WERE HERE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE REPORT, WHICH I CONSIDER PRETTY GOOD. THE COMPANY SENT WAS "ABOVE AND BEYOND PLUMBING". I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MAN, THAT PERFORMED THE REPAIR. HE IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. HE EXEMPLIFIES AND REPRESENTS THE COMPANY NAME, TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE, "HOME SERVE" NEEDS TO MAINTAIN THIS COMPANY AS A REPRESENTATIVE AND SERVICE CONTRACTOR. HE SERVES YOUR NAME AND THE CUSTOMER TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE. I CANNOT BRAG ON HIS WORK ETHIC ENOUGH. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE HIM 10 STARS. AND HE DID ASK OR PAY ME TO DO THIS, IT IS THE HONEST TRUTH.TERRY DAVIS

Service was incredibly easy to arrange and problem was solved the next morning.

The whole process was excellent! The local plumbing company here, Olney was fantastic. The plumber, Andrew was not only very personable, but also very detail & results oriented. Really happy with Andrew, Olney & HomeServe. Thank you.

JHONNOS plumbing was speedy and communicative and did a great job. Unfortunately, it makes no sense to have this warranty which involve cutting out the drywall only to find out. I’ve got to hire somebody to come and dry it out and patch the drywall.

Isubmitted the claim for the water leak on December 14th. The leak is still there, nobody ever came out to fix the leak. I have been without water on the 14, 15 and 16. I had to flush the toilet with gallon jugs of water, no shower, no laundry, nothing that needs hot water since the 14th.I submitted 2 contractors who were willing to do the work and you have not contacted them as of an hour ago. How is this customer service? Why have I been paying you for nothing to be taken care of. Now nothing will be done next week, as it is the Holiday week. At best could I expect the 30th? Hello

He was not able to fix our problem, our sewer line is collapsed or something. He was thorough, tired as much as he could. Waiting for you to send someone to dig up the sewer line.

My drain problem was taken care of within just a few hours. Amazing!
