I had a water line priority event at my house and immediately called HomeServe. They immediately contacted a local contractor who contacted me with in 5-10 minutes. They advised to wait for a call back several hours later i still had not heard from the contractor. I called and they told me they could not respond until possibly late the next day. I called Home Serve and advised them what was going on on the contractor's availability. Home Serve immediately began searching for a different contractor that could respond early the next day. Presidio Plumbing arrived early the next morning and did an amazing job and repaired my water line in 30 minutes. Home Serve and Presidio went well above and beyond to respond to my emergency line break! I've used Home Serve before and it's always the best professional service!
