We had a basement drain backup sewage. Home Serve Warranties put me in touch with Brew City Rooters who had a service tech at my home the following day. The problem was diagnosed and the city is now replacing the damaged pipe. Thanks go out to Home Serve and to Brew City Rooters!

Water leak location identified in a timely manner. Work to fix the problem was done, we received an explanation of what happened, and how to avoid water draining close to the house .

Well air assurannce was here and fixed the issue. However now I have little pressure in the kitchen. When I asked the city about it they said if I had good pressure everywhere else in the house a line may be twisted. Is that something you can help my with fixing.
