I was very happy with how prompt my call was handled. Everyone involved was professional and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

I received prompt service to clear my water line.

The problem occurred on Saturday and was not fixed until Monday evening. We had to contact customer service 4 times during this process. The only customer service agent who was helpful was Juanita, who I was lucky to speak with on my fourth try. She was excellent. She contacted a plumber within 15 minutes of our phone call and he arrived within 30 minutes. He was knowledgeable and efficient and was quickly able to remedy the problem. After clearing the line, he noticed a hole in the pipe. No one has contacted us regarding plans for next steps needed torepair the hole. I would appreciate some direction regarding how to proceed.

We called HomeServe at 8:00am and by 10:00 we had a plumber at the house diagnosing our water main leak. He corrected the problem, which included digging out some concrete below the driveway, in an hour. He cleaned all the mud up so by 11:00, we had our leak fixed. We are very pleased with the work the plumber did.
