First you send out a plumber who doesn't do anything except look at work another plumber did and leaves saying everything looks good, ignoring the rest of the sewer line. Then after we protest, you sent out a better plumber who sends a camera down the sewerline to look for roots or a collapse. Since our toilets were gurgling, he said he would recommended a water leak test to make sure the sewer was not leaking. That was not done and when I called, I was told that my claim has been closed since nothing was found. I would like the recommended leak test done.
