Very quick to arrange Solid Plumbing to my house for outside water leak. They were here and finished within two hours. We were surprised that it was such an easy process. Very happy with the warranty process.

Response from HomeServe was excellent and timely as always. They said that the main sewer line was not the problem. The sewer line blockage was in a branch line that they were NOT able to clear. Since they were not able to complete the task, and couldn't return the next day, I called Roto-Rooter. They were able to clear the branch line. Before working on the branch line, they tried to confirm that the main sewer line was clear. It was not. They were only able to run a snake through the line, but were not able to run a cutter in the line. There are obvious obstructions and/or failures to the main sewer line. The Roto-Rooter technician said that the line needs to have a camera run through it to determine the condition of the line and/or blockages.

Our service guy was very efficient and friendly got right to work and explained everything to us.

The lady who took my call was very pleasant & went out of her way to help me. I am sure that she deserves a raise! The company that did the work was professional & extremely efficient. Very satisfied!

While we had to wait over the weekend to get a plumber, HomeServe did send a highly qualified plumber to unclog our floor drains in the basement.the technician did a fantastic job!

All went well A plus called it in on a Saturday and within a couple of hours the plumber came out and cleared the lines
