The whole process of reporting my leak to having it repaired was very easy. The repairman was very professional and briefed me on the repair and made the repairs very quickly. I am very happy with Service Line.

Amazingly easy! We had a sewer back up in the basement and were panicked, as well as worried about how much this was going to be! I called and they scheduled someone to come out for us. We knew who was coming and exactly when he would arrive. While he was working we were checked on to make sure everything was going ok. He was able to fix the problem and it was all coved by the insurance. Such a peace of mind and great service! We recommend everyone have this warranty!

Awesome Service……Contractor identified the root cause of The leak in our water service line and replaced defective part immediately thus easing my stress in a very stressful situation because I am in the process of selling my home and I really did not need any added stress or pressure so I say thank you very much and I would highly recommend your service to anyone…….Also, I liked the fact that I was intermittently updated about the arrival of the contractor and also the dispatch was very helpful and knowledgeable….

Except for calling my request in on a Monday and being called back to make an appointment the next Friday for the next Monday, everything went very well. Service on my home was excellent.

My neighbor helped me out since I had to work. She said the men showed up on time .the first man did not do any work but explained that they would have to go through the roof and he was not equipped. The second man came out and did the work and actually removed the toilet to snake through the line. Everything is working 🙂
