24 hour Serviceline was answered immediately even though I called after 9:30pm. George called me to find out the issue. Turns out he lives 2 blocks from my parents home. He was there within 30 mins and fixed the issue in less time than that. He called to let me know all was well and even gave a compliment about my dad. This is the second time I’ve had to use the warranty and it’s already saved us so much money. Thank you for being one of the few companies that actually follows through with its warranty contracts.

I dunno about these Warranties or insurance policies or what ever they really are. I have a disconnect with an offset between the house ABS and the clay sewer Main. This is out in the middle of the street where the ABS turns downward to meet the Main. Camera shows a clearly visible offset with water and sewage flowing downward into the disconnect and it's undetermined how much actually flows into the sewer main. Because it's not a blockage and the video I have is from a 3rd party they said there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't even look at it.Good thing I'm moving out of here. Watch out for this coverage. If you don't expect clogs then I don't recommend this.

Your service provider was courteous and professional and accomplished the immediate purpose, with was to open the sewer line. As has been the case numerous times in the past, the workers identified a larger problem that is not solved by simply rotting out the sewer line. The line itself is damaged, and roots grow freely into the line through the damage. In the past, Service Line Warranties has not been willing to fix "the problem," and continues to deal with the symptoms. I expect long-term expenditures would be reduced by fixing the problem and eliminating the frequent service calls.

HomeServe responded right away and kept me informed via text. The plumbing company was also very responsive and got here within a few hours. Great customer service all around.

Initially, I thought the technician was from Amazon because he had a white truck with no lettering from the plumbing company. He asked me my name. He never gave his name but wore his shirt for the company that was to service our sewer. He had me flush the toilets, run the water, and fill up the bathtub (which was different). Anyways, he snaked out the sewer. He told me he found some tree roots and water in the sewer. He was pleasant.The technician asked to borrow a tool to uncap the sewer cap.Overall, a good experience!
