Plumbing company Hartman & Sons Water & Sewar sent their top plumber, Jacques.he cleared the 6" sewar line about 30' out towards the street he encountered and cleared the blockage. Since this line was installed in 1924, I would like SLW to inspect this line. I had a yearly maintenance on it only a couple of months ago by another local plumbing company at my expense. I don't think it should have blocked up so soon and am now concerned of the old pipe system condition and glad that we have the insurance through your company.

2nd time in a row.. needed to clear sewer line- and response was- 2days.. yep..2days.both times called roto rooter- both timesthey here in an hr..maybe put roto rooterat the top of your vendors..

on time and got right to the problem. within an hour of them coming our sewer was open. Had to clean it out to the street, 150 feet .he was very friendly.
