plumber (mychal) was terrific

3 times I've had a plumber out this week... within 24 to 36 hours, water is BACK IN MY BASEMENT! I am fed up

Great service, had a backup sewer pipe call at 11pm, was repaired by 9am the day. No issues Technicians came out Blew out the line and left.I can recommend your service to everyone, great job

I requested Marshall because he had been on a service call to us once before and I'm glad I did. He's always very polite and very professional. He explained what needed to be done to repair our outside water shut-off valve and approximately how long it might take. I had explained how concerned we were about getting it done because we are in the midst of yet another slab leak and need to be able to turn the water on and off without a problem. He made the repair and it was like it was brand new. So I would highly recommend Genesis Plumbing DFW because they got the job done, which made it so much easier for us as the customer.

I had sewage coming up in my bathtub and later found out it was also coming up in my shower. I called MANY MULTIPLE times.....no one could come out to my home to help me. I know it was a saturday...but I'm so disappointed in this company. I have paid for services for MANY years and this was one of the first times that I truly needed help.I will NEVER refer this company to anyone. In fact, I will discontinue my service as the money I have spent over MANY years has done me no good.I may report your company to Better Business Bureau.
