They did a great job

Roy's plumbing did come out the next day for the stopped up sinks and drains, and all is fixed. They have 24 hour Emergency Service, but I finally sent them a text to see when they were coming, and a person just happened to be in the office and responded and said everyone had gone home, but she would make sure they were out to our house between 9 am to noon, and they were here by 10 am. They said they got the information for the job too late to respond the day before. Not sure when they were contacted. All is good for now. Thanks!

Had main sewer line restriction. Service was easy to schedule. Restriction cleared the same day. This was my first time using warranty. Very happy with the process beginning to end. Thank you,

I had a very good experience using HomeServe.I had a plumbing issue and contacted them immediately. Informed them of my issue and the representative informed me that a plumbing company from my local area would be contacting me within the hour to schedule an appointment. I was contacted immediately by a local plumber and scheduled the appointment the next day and the plumbing issue was resolved.
